 Mr. Sachs has an extensive onshore US and international industry background spanning over 30 years. His achievements encompass international exploration, onshore US asset leadership roles covering all technical, field operations, financial and environmental/safety accountability. His extensive background bridges all aspects of US onshore unconventional technical leadership.

  During the period from 1988 to 1995, Daniel Lloyd, Jr. was employed in Phoenix, Arizona as the Assistant to the President of Cactus Energy of Arizona, Inc., a non-public oil and gas exploration company. From 1996 to 2003 he was president of Cactus Drilling Company of Oklahoma.
