During the period from 1988 to 1995, Daniel Lloyd, Jr. was employed in Phoenix, Arizona as the Assistant to the President of Cactus Energy of Arizona, Inc., a non-public oil and gas exploration company. From 1996 to 2003 he was president of Cactus Drilling Company of Oklahoma. From 2003 until 2008 he was an assistant to his father, Daniel H. Lloyd, Sr. who was then President of Superior Oil and Gas Company until he died in July 2008. From 2008 until August 2011, Lloyd served as President of Cactus Drilling Company of Oklahoma, an oil and gas exploration and development company based in Oklahoma City. In April 2010, Lloyd was elected to be a director of Superior when a director vacancy arose, and in August 2011 he was elected President of Superior to fill the vacancy in that office created by the death of Bill Sparks, who had been president of Superior subsequent to the death of Dan Lloyd, Sr. Today, Lloyd’s responsibilities include oversight of the business and administrative activities for the company, direction of the ongoing effort to identify potential acquisitions, and evaluation of potential financing strategies. He is responsible for direct oversight of all land, drilling and operational personnel and activities. Mr. Lloyd studied Business and Geology at Arizona State University
